  • 1 9” graham cracker pie crust
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • Topping:
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • For the filling, add the heavy cream and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer and whip to stiff peaks. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and granulated sugar and beat until smooth. Add the marshmallow fluff and continue to beat until smooth. Finally, add the peanut butter and beat to combine. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese filling and pour into the prepared crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours to set.
  • For the topping, prepare whipped cream the same as above. Microwave the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds to a consistency for drizzling.
  • Remove the pie from the refrigerator and pipe or spread the whipped cream over the top. Finish by drizzling the peanut butter.
