Ingredients

  • 3 11oz cans MexiCorn drained
  • 1 4oz can diced green chiles
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning as needed.
