Ingredients
2medium cucumbersthinly sliced
1/3cupcider or white vinegar
1/3cupwater
2tablespoonssugar
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonpepper
Chopped fresh dill weed or parsleyif desired
Instructions
Place sliced cucumbers in bowl.
In tightly covered container, shake remaining ingredients except dill weed. Pour over cucumbers.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
When ready to serve, drain cucumbers and sprinkle with dill weed.
