Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix or Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat
  • In a medium bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cheese and milk **see notes
  • Stir until well combined
  • Drop by teaspoon full onto prepared baking sheet
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
  • Melt butter in microwave safe bowl
  • Stir in garlic powder and parsley
  • Brush on warm biscuits
  • Serve immediately
  • Store leftovers in airtight container
