Meatball Stroganoff

Meatball Stroganoff is an easy weeknight dinner that is full of comfort!  Tender meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce on top of egg noodles and ready in under 30 minutes!

  • 1 Package Carando Italian Style Meatballs
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 3 TBS Butter
  • 1 Bag of Egg Noodles


  • Brown meatballs and mushrooms in butter in a large skillet.
  • While the meatballs are browning, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Over low heat, add worchestershire sauce and milk until mixed in well to the meatball/mushroom mixture
  • Next, add in cream of mushroom soup and stir
  • Last, add sour cream and combine well
  • Once the pasta is done cooking, drain well and add to the meatball mixture in the large skillet
  • Serve immediately
