Meatball Stroganoff is an easy weeknight dinner that is full of comfort! Tender meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce on top of egg noodles and ready in under 30 minutes!
- 1 Package Carando Italian Style Meatballs
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 3 TBS Butter
- 1 Bag of Egg Noodles
Brown meatballs and mushrooms in butter in a large skillet.
While the meatballs are browning, cook pasta according to package directions.
Over low heat, add worchestershire sauce and milk until mixed in well to the meatball/mushroom mixture
Next, add in cream of mushroom soup and stir
Last, add sour cream and combine well
Once the pasta is done cooking, drain well and add to the meatball mixture in the large skillet
