Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • Gruyere cheese

Instructions

  • Blend: together the eggs, cottage cheese and cheese in a blender until all incorporated. I believe it’s under 30 seconds to have it all mixed well.
  • Add: cooked bacon strips to the inside of a silicone mold and a little cheese.
  • Pour: the egg mixture into the silicone mold evenly.
  • Cover: the egg mold tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Add: the trivet that came with your pressure cooker right into the pot with 1 cup of water.
  • Lower: the silicone mold into the instant pot and cover with the lid with the steam valve closed.
  • Set: the pressure cooker to Steam for 10 minutes. When the timer goes off, manually release the steam and carefully open the lid when there is no more steam present.
  • Remove: the silicone mold from the instant pot (carefully – it will be hot!) and uncover. Remove the Sous Vide Bacon and Gruyere Egg Bites from the molds and enjoy!
