Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

This Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie is soft, chewy and topped with a Hershey's Kiss. These Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies are the perfect Christmas Cookie and for year-round baking!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1-3/4 cups Hershey's Brand Milk Chocolates 10-oz. pkg.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup additional granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to peanut butter mixture, beating until well blended.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately place 3 chocolates on top of each cookie, pressing down slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
