Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Add nonstick cooking spray to a 9X13-inch baking pan.
Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Mix.

Add the brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.

Add the bowl of dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and stir. This should make a wet batter that is thick in texture.
Stir in the walnuts and white chocolate chips.

1 cup walnuts
Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan and spread so that the batter is evenly dispersed.
Put the brownie pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool in the pan. Cut and serve!
Notes
You can scoop the batter into a prepared muffin tin to make brownie cups.
