Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 16 ounce mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Using a box grater, shred the cheddar cheese and add to the cream cheese mixture. Add the diced pimentos and stir everything together to combine. Transfer to your desired serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
