Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda & powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a paddle, beat the butter on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugars to combine, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, until combined. Add the vanilla and continue to beat for another minute.
Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined, followed by the chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.
Portion ¼ cup of dough per cookie onto an ungreased baking sheet three inches apart.
Bake for 17-20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, or until the edges of the cookies begin to brown.
