- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the topping:
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 graham crackers broken into pieces
- 1 Hershey’s candy bar broken into pieces
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 12” cast iron pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add butter and sugars. Stir to combine. Add eggs and vanilla and mix to combine.
Add flour, cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt and stir until thoroughly mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly into the prepared cast iron pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven; top with marshmallows, chocolate bar pieces and graham cracker pieces. Return to oven; continue baking 6 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly toasted. Cool 10 minutes; serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
