- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
With a hand mixer, mix together.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely.
