  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 packages 10 ounces each frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes.
  • Add spinach and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until cream cheese is melted.
