  • 2 Muffin Pans
  • 1 Large mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) box pumpkin spice cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two regular size muffin pan (18-24 cupcakes) with liners or spray with baking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pumpkin and water until well blended.
    1 (15.25 ounce) box pumpkin spice cake mix, 1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin puree, 3/4 cup milk or water
  • Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
    1 ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Add to muffin pan with a small cookie scoop and top with remaining chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 14-18 minutes or until done.
  • Allow to cool in muffin pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
