- 2¼ cups Bisquick
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice optional
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Stir together bisquick, sugar, and buttermilk until soft dough forms. Fold in blueberries.
2¼ cups Bisquick, ⅓ cup sugar, 1 cup blueberries, ¾ cup buttermilk
Scoop dough with a large cookie scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Combine powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice (if using). Drizzle over biscuits.
