Bisquick Blueberry Biscuits

Ingredients

  • cups Bisquick
  • cup sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  • Stir together bisquick, sugar, and buttermilk until soft dough forms. Fold in blueberries.
    2¼ cups Bisquick, ⅓ cup sugar, 1 cup blueberries, ¾ cup buttermilk
  • Scoop dough with a large cookie scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Combine powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice (if using). Drizzle over biscuits.
    ½ cup powdered sugar, 2 Tablespoons milk, 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
