- 1 lb Chicken
- SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Quinoa Brown Rice with Garlic
- SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Taco Roasted Chipotle Simmer Sauce
- SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Savory Mexican Style Black Beans with Corn and Peppers
- Tomatoes – diced
- Avocados – sliced
- Cilantro
- Limes
In a dutch oven or large skillet, brown 1lb of chicken. Cook until no longer pink.
Remove from heat and shred the chicken with two forks.
Return to the pan and add in one package of SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Taco Roasted Chipotle Sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
