  • 1 avocado
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt


  • Add greek yogurt to a food processor, blender or even a mixing bowl.  
  • Next, add in 1 whole avocado – removing it from the skin and the pit. 
  • Finally, add in 1 ranch seasoning packet and blend
