Bacon and Egg Breakfast Cups

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package HORMEL Real Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix eggs and milk together. Beat well.
  • Add salt and pepper to egg mixture and stir.
  • Place 1 crescent roll into the bottom of a muffin tin. Trim off excess
  • Add 1 tablespoon of bacon to each muffin cup
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of cheese onto of bacon
  • Fill each muffin cup 1/4 of the way full with the egg and milk mixture
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes or eggs are set
  • Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
