Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until brown. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from stove and add jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add berries and stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes to slightly cool.
Pour over cream layer and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
