First, crush the entire box of cookies in a plastic ziploc type bag by hitting with a rolling pin or something similar. I like to crush up until there's still some consistency. Not into fine crumbs. The crunch is one of the best parts!
Next, take your softened block of cream cheese and add it to a large bowl along with the cookie crumbs. Mix well until it resembles a soft dough.
Then, you use a small to medium cookie scoop and make into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Chill the cookie balls for about 15 minutes until firm.
Next, you'll melt your wafers in the microwave (stiring often) and dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
Add back to cookie sheet and top with sprinkles, nuts or even more crushed up cookies.
Chill until completely firm.
