Sausage Croissants Breakfast Casserole

This easy sausage croissant breakfast casserole is the perfect make ahead meal.

Nonstick cooking spray Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Kosher salt Black pepper Cream of chicken soup Chicken stock Italian seasoning Garlic powder Sour cream Fresh parsley

INGREDIENTS

Cook sausage until browned. Remove from the pan and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the pieces to a large mixing bowl.

Cook onions in the same bowl until soft. Then add into the large mixing bowl with the sausage.

Rip croissants into bite-sized pieces. Add to the same bowl along with shredded cheese. Pour this mix into the prepared casserole dish.

Whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper together. Pour the egg mix over the croissants in the baking dish.

Cover the casserole dish and place it in the fridge to chill overnight.

Bake for ~45 minutes then scoop and serve!
