Pineapple Casserole

Nonstick cooking spray Light brown sugar All-purpose flour Ground cinnamon Kosher salt Crushed pineapple Shredded cheddar cheese Ritz crackers Unsalted butter

INGREDIENTS

Whisk together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the pineapple and reserved juice.

Spread the pineapple mixture in the baking dish, then top with the cheddar cheese.

Gently stir together the crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this over the cheese.
