Creamy Crockpot Chicken

This creamy crockpot chicken is easy and delicious! With minimal effort, you’ll get maximum flavor thanks to the slow cooker.

Nonstick cooking spray Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Kosher salt Black pepper Cream of chicken soup Chicken stock Italian seasoning Garlic powder Sour cream Fresh parsley

INGREDIENTS

Prep the crockpot and chicken. Arrange the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Whisk together the soup, chicken stock, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Pour the sauce over the top of the chicken.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.  Remove the chicken and let it cool slightly, then shred chicken with a fork.

Return the chicken to the slow cooker along with the sour cream and stir everything together.
