Olive oil Ground beef Onion Garlic Tomato paste Diced tomatoes Worcestershire sauce Dried oregano Chili flakes Elbow macaroni Cheddar cheese Salt & black pepper

Cook the elbow noodles and drain well. Stir the noodles into the meat mixture, then pour this into the prepared baking dish.
