Baked brie is the ultimate party starter! No one can resist melty cheese baked in flaky puff pastry dough, and you’ll love how simple it is to make it, too.

Puff pastry Wheel of brie Cranberry sauce Egg Sliced baguette or crackers

INGREDIENTS

Place puff pastry on a floured work surface. Trim the pastry into a square roughly twice the size of your wheel of brie.

1

Set the brie in the center of the puff pastry, then cover the top of the cheese with the cranberry sauce. Wrap and seal the pastry around the cheese.

2

Whisk together the egg and a splash of water in a small bowl. Use a pastry brush to apply the egg wash to the puff pastry.

3

Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Cool for 8 to 10 minutes before serving.

4

It’s an impressive and delicious appetizer that can be served with other party snacks and charcuterie board favorites like crackers, meats, fruits, and vegetables.
