Baked brie is the ultimate party starter!
No one can resist melty cheese baked in flaky puff pastry dough, and you’ll love how simple it is to make it, too.
Puff pastry Wheel of brie Cranberry sauce Egg Sliced baguette or crackers
Place puff pastry on a floured work surface. Trim the pastry into a square roughly twice the size of your wheel of brie.
1
Set the brie in the center of the puff pastry, then cover the top of the cheese with the cranberry sauce. Wrap and seal the pastry around the cheese.
2
Whisk together the egg and a splash of water in a small bowl. Use a pastry brush to apply the egg wash to the puff pastry.
3
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Cool for 8 to 10 minutes before serving.

If you’ve had my cranberry brie bites before, this baked brie recipe is kind of like the super-sized version of those.
