These Italian almond cookies are perfectly chewy and sweet.

This gluten-free recipe only required 5 ingredients and 10 minutes!

Almond flour Sugar Almond extract Egg whites Sliced almonds Powdered sugar


Whisk egg whites until foamy. Add the almond flour, sugar and almond extract and mix until stiff.


Roll each dough ball in the sliced almonds, then flatten them slightly on the prepared baking sheet.


Bake the cookies for about 13 minutes. The edges and top will be slightly browned.


Move the cookies to a cooling rack to cool then dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!


One batch of these cookies will make about 24 perfect cookies, enough to feed a crowd or as a family dessert for the whole week!
