I make this delicious Tuna Salad Sandwich with the best whole wheat bread with no preservatives or additives, homemade mayonnaise and topped with lettuce. It’s also great just on lettuce leaves if you’re watching your carbs. I have it this way a lot!
Whatever way you chose to serve it, it’s going to be delicious AND you can feel good about making a healthier decision for lunch!

- 1 Can Bumble Bee Tuna - chunk light - packed in water 12oz size
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise - homemade if possible
- 1 Hardboiled Egg - chopped
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Open tuna and drain water from can.
- Placed drained tuna in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayo, egg, juice, and salt & pepper.
- Mix together.
- Chill for at least 30 mins or longer.
- Place tuna on whole wheat bun and top with lettuce if desired.
