Have you ever had  Fettuccine Carbonara before? It’s one of my favorite pasta dishes ever, right up there with Homemade Chicken Alfredo! It’s rich, creamy and includes bacon – so what’s not to love??!!

But, I don’t like to take a lot of time making dinner on the weeknights. I’m all for quick and easy dinner ideas and this is one I love!

Rich, creamy Fettuccine Carbonara Recipe

How do you make Fettuccine Carbonara?

A traditional Fettuccine Carbonara recipe is made with onions or shallots sauteed in a little butter or olive oil and made with a creamy homemade sauce made with egg yolks, topped with bacon and peas. BUT, my version is so easy, you’re gonna love making it!

How do you make carbonara sauce easy?

I use Bertoli® Organic Alfredo Sauce! Yes! A sauce from a jar that is simply amazing!

Here’s how to make Fettuccine Carbonara the EASY way!

How to Make Fettuccine Carbonara

First, you boil fettuccine noodles until al dente, about 12 minutes. During the last two minutes of cooking, you add in 1 cup of frozen peas. Once you drain your pasta, add 1 jar of Bertolli® Organic Alfredo Sauce and mix well. Top with bacon and serve!

With two new amazing organic sauces – Bertoli®Organic Fire Roasted Garlic Marinara and Bertoli®Organic Creamy Alfredo – the possibilities are endless for easy dinners!

Bertolli® uses The Tuscan Way of cooking in all of their sauces which means using a few quality ingredients, lightly cooked with olive oil to lock in layers of flavor. Bertolli® loves bringing a little Tuscan Way to your home by using sauces that are full of flavor that you can add to in your own way which is what I did with this Creamy Fettuccine Carbonara Recipe!
