Lunchtime around my house during the week usually consists of Peanut Butter and Jelly, Peanut Butter and Honey, Egg Salad Sandwiches, Mac N Cheese, Quesadillas and a bunch of veggies and fruits. Not bad. It’s healthy and good for you…but sometimes a Mom needs a little lunch of her own! Change it up. Add some fun. I’m home all day with a bunch of kiddos and sometimes a little “me” time is order.
So, when Michelina’s asked me to take a look at some of their favorite recipes made with their frozen foods made with fresh ingredients, I was intrigued. Gone are the days of just opening up a frozen meal, popping it into the microwave and eating it out of the container. Nope. Not with Michelina’s.. Michelina’s also has a ton of recipes on their website! I think these little Taco Bowls are right up my alley for simple and something that packs a lot of punch in the flavor department!
