  1. Can I use the oven don’t have silicone mold

    1. Shyanne - ATM Team says:

Yes! We recommend steaming water in the oven ahead of time. Then, bake the egg bites in a muffin pan at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the eggs are set.

  2. Kenzie Moore says:

How much Gruyere cheese does it call for?

  3. Seems the ratio of eggs to bacon is somewhat wide. 1 pack of bacon to only 4 eggs? Other recipes call for more eggs to bacon

I just made these! SOOOO GOOD! Just like the Starbucks and less $$$ YAY! I’m gonna pack them in my lunch for skiing this winter!

  5. One of my favorite egg recipes! Gruyere cheese provides such a creamy, deliciousness to them. But I also like to switch it up with a flavorful Gouda or such. My favorite has been maple bacon gouda!
