It is SO easy to log meals and snacks on this app! I can even scan barcodes, so it’s fun too. Then after I enter my foods, it will calculate the nutrition and tell me if I ate too many meats or not enough fruits. It’s so easy and very helpful. It also helps you set your calorie goals for the day so you can easily see if you’re on track. If not, just fix it the next day!
My Why – Real Behavior Changes
Above all, the best thing about this program is how it takes you on a journey to explore yourself. I dug down deep and discovered my real “why.” I’m doing this because I want more energy to feel great in my body. I want to always feel confident and comfortable for myself – not for anyone else.
