I prepare 3 meals and 3 snacks a day and I’m tired of everything I make!
Here’s what is on my usual meal plan right now:
Pancakes, yogurt, eggs, toast, cereal, waffles, muffins, bananas, oatmeal
Cheese and crackers, veggies, animal crackers, muffins, hummus and pita chips, yogurt sticks, various crackers
Quesadillas with blackbeans and spinach, pizza, sandwiches, ravioli, grilled cheese, chicken and rice, hotdogs, mac and cheese, salad, soup
Chicken, rice and veggies, spaghetti, pizzas, pork, burgers, shrimp pasta thingy
I can’t seem to get out of this rut! I feel like I’m just eating to be eating and I’m not getting any pleasure out of the things I put into my body. Sometimes I come up with some great meal ideas and recipes, but right now…it’s not happenin’.
I need some quick and easy summer-time meals that provide leftovers for my husband to take to work or for a meal later in the week – meals that are fast, fun and are kid friendly that use fresh ingredients.
