As much as I don’t really like to be busy – when back to school hits, it’s inevitable. There’s school all day, homework,  and after school activities that keeps us hopping. And you have to throw in dinner each night. There’s a lot to do! I like to make our family meals from scratch on the weekends, but I need a little help during the week! I had to come up with a Quick and Easy Weeknight Meal Idea to help make things easy on this busy mom!

I love to take a pre-made item from the store that is still good for you and come up with a meal for the night! It makes life much easier! I’m not only buy Tyson Chicken Nuggets for its convenience, and exceptional taste, but also because it is part of the Tyson Project A+™ program.

The Tyson Project A+™ program is one of the simplest ways to support your school. Just clip and redeem Tyson Project A+ labels from packages of Tyson® products. For every label they receive, they’ll give your school 24¢ – and your school can use the money for whatever it needs. It’s a great way to give back by buying things you already need!

One of my favorite meals to make is quick and easy and uses Tyson Chicken Nuggets. Even if you’re on your way home from soccer practice and need a quick meal, this is an easy go-to that everyone will like…even mom!

While at the store, grab a bag of Tyson Chicken Nuggets, fresh salad and some grapes. Boom! That’s it! You’ve covered all you basics and everyone is happy. If you have extra veggies at home – carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers – add those on top, too! If you’re not sure if the kids will like the salad – Ranch Dressing it up! All kids love Ranch! haha!

Tyson Chicken nuggets are baked – not fried – and are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Delish! Try this quick and easy meal while giving back to your school! It’s a win for everyone!
